More Classes!
Sprouting, Fermented Veggies, Learning about Gluten, or the Thyroid, just a few of the topics coming up this month and next.
Some of the classes will be at Quintal Bioshop but out of necessity for the business have to be after the shop closes at 8pm (20h00).
However, in deference for those who have to work or have buses to take before that time there will also be some classes available on Saturday afternoons.
