Why is this food so good for you?

The Zucchini (Courgette) Rolls which are being called, "Roses" at Quintal Bioshop Cafe by the fans there, are filled with a Sunflower Seed Paté. Sunflower seeds have an abundance of magnesium (the Pumpkin Seed Paté is even more abundant with the added benefit of lots of zinc) which is a feel good and relaxing nutrient that. calms anxiety and helps with many other body functions. Sunflower seeds also are filled with Vitamin E, B1, B3, B6, Copper, Maganese, Selenium, Phosphorus, and Folate. Fiber too.

Garlic and Onions contain sulfur which is also a key nutrient. Bell Peppers & Lemon of course have vitamin C, with the pepper packing a lot of amazing carotenoids; while Parsley and Basil have real folate (not the synthetic and possibly harmful "folic acid"), and vitamin K too. But that's not all. This just skims the surface of the amazing attributes of this delicious healthful food made easy for you.

And while I've given you many links to find out for yourself, these just barely cover all the amazing things these nutrients do for us. We do not know all of them, nor do we understand how they work in synergy (plants do not come with just one nutrient such as a pill), and then there are the phytonutrients which are just beginning to be understood with new ones being discovered nearly every day.

All the ingredients are Real Food, with no added sugars, or preservatives or other harmful substances. What we eat either helps or it hinders. If it hinders then it takes more good nutrients to process the harmful stuff through our bodies. But nutrients are the true fuel for our bodies, not calories. Calories are just a measure of heat put off if the food is burned.

This is good, clean, hydrating food that is full of fiber yet digests easy (most of our energy other than maintaining our basel body temperature is expended on digestion) with soaked and sprouted (when possible) nuts & seeds for easier digestion by ridding them of the enzyme inhibitors and to unlock more of the available nutrients.
